Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in London. I had 2 nights in London, spending the time here lovely. The staff was WELCOMING and accommodating. Extremely comfy bed in deluxe double room with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The service was good.
